There are no working professionals in this world who can proudly say that I haven’t ever thought like that ever in my entire life.

According to the American Institute of Stress, nearly 80% of people feel stress in their workplace. The Regus Group study says that 6 in 10 workers in MNC experience increased workplace stress. But nowadays people almost every people is under stress. May be due to professional or personal. Even the kids, teenagers are also in the same pool.

But why EVERYONE is under stress.?

There are many, many reasons. There are a lot of reasons and each has a unique one. Here are 5 major categories: –

There is a specific reason to put this in the first of my list. Everybody has some problems. Some can be solved, some will never solve. But we got stressed when we overthink and find no solutions. And eventually, it turns into a panic which can cause serious trouble. So, in that case, the first thing that you need to do is stop thinking and relax. Take a walk, get some free air. This will help to relax your brain and work more efficiently.

2. Increase your acceptance limit.

No one in this whole world is perfect. If you expect everything will go smooth then by default you will be stressed. Because life is full of uncertainty. So, try to accept the odds. It will make everything easier for you to handle.

3. Be patient is are in stress

Not every problem has instant solutions. Some problems demand time, some will remain till the last breath. So, don’t be stressed. Be more patient. And give it some more time. Maybe time will make things much easier.

4. Make a proper plan

It’s ok that you are in some trouble and completely stressed. Take your time, and make a proper plan before start solving your problem. Preparation of plan prior to the execution will give you a broader idea as well as help you to prepare uncertainties. This not only will make you ready to face the issue, but also make increase your level of confidence.

5. Always ready with backup plans.

Last but not the least, always ready with backup plans. Back-up plans are a very important part of planning and really helpful in every aspect of life, whether it is personal of professional. It gives a lot of confidence to handle uncertain outcomes. And, when things start moving smoothly, the stress level will automatically start reducing.

In conclusion, I must say that life is full of ups and downs, filled with uncertainties. There is no need to feel low or think of yourself as a failure. Just relax, and stand again.
